Is there a complaint department? Father checks this daily and I check it slightly less regular than he does. However, our hopes, the anticipation that wells up within seems to be nothing but a set up for dispair. Our hearts are left, as empty as they were when we arrived. I would like to vouch for a more frequent posting. Please regard this complaint is filled with much love. : P
